CemRockWrap Basic offers dependable, long-lasting protection for unstable slopes—minimizing rockfall risks, reducing erosion, and providing a cost-effective solution for exposed, weathered terrain.
ConstruckSlope is a cutting-edge line of engineered systems for erosion control and slope stabilization.
How The System Work
ConstruckSlope CemRockWrap Basic merges surface sealing with high-tensioned mesh containment—stabilizing fractured rock faces while shielding them from erosion, runoff, and long-term degradation.
The system incorporates a high-strength geogrid and an inbuilt drainage element, which enhances tensile strength and efficiently reduces pore water pressure, preventing slope instability.
Engineered adaptability—high-tensile galvanized mesh molds to slope contours for full surface contact, ensuring consistent coverage and reducing gaps that compromise protection. Reliable fit, even on irregular terrain.
The system is securely anchored with sustainable fiber-reinforced concrete at both the top and bottom anchor trenches, ensuring long-term grip and seamless integration with the slope. Panel overlaps are mechanically fastened, creating a unified, gap-free layer—no lifting, no edge failure, just continuous, reliable protection.

SPaaP
ConstruckSlope is a cutting-edge line of erosion control and slope stabilization solutions designed to protect landscapes from soil loss and environmental degradation. Engineered for durability and efficiency, our products are ideal for applications in road embankments, construction sites, and land reclamation projects. Whether stabilizing steep inclines or preventing surface runoff.
Solutions
CemRockWrap Basic is built for slopes with loose, fractured rock and moderate erosion exposure. Its system integrates high-tensioned wire mesh, geosynthetic reinforcement, and a cementitious surface layer to stabilize the slope face, contain surface rock, and minimize erosion from rainfall. The components work together to provide a continuous, low-impact barrier that ensures long-term stability with reduced material use and simplified installation.
Our patented technology integrates the essential components of concrete slope protection into a flexible, pre-engineered system deliverivering reliability of reinforced concrete—without the complexity and cost of traditional construction.
Integrates a geosynthetic fibrous top layer and a geogrid reinforcement to deliver unmatched slope stability. The fibrous surface bonds the concrete layer securely to the slope, preventing slippage and ensuring long-term erosion resistance. Beneath it, the geogrid interlocks with soil to improve load transfer and reduce movement—outperforming traditional mesh in both flexibility and structural reliability.
High-tension wire mesh provides strong surface control, securing loose rock and weathered faces while distributing stress across the slope. It delivers reliable containment for non-structural applications, helping maintain safety and surface stability over time.
Geosynthetic materials provide exceptional durability, often extending the lifespan of slope stabilization systems to over a century. These materials resist environmental degradation, including UV exposure, & chemical corrosion.
Leverages Finite Element Method (FEM) simulation to model real-world forces and validate performance under various geologic and loading conditions. This pre-installation testing ensures every system is optimized for strength, stability, and material efficiency—bringing science-backed confidence to every deployment.
SPaaP
These systems come with pre-configured components, reducing installation time and ensuring precision in execution. Designed for high-load applications, SPaaP solutions enhance structural stability while optimizing material efficiency.
Located at the slope crest, the top anchor trench CemWrap firmly into the stable topsoil. It prevents sliding, uplift, and entry of surface runoff—ensuring the system stays fixed from the top down.
The CemWrap’s hardened cementitious shell acts as a protective barrier against UV exposure and rainfall, shielding the slope from surface erosion, cracking, and long-term degradation—even under harsh environmental conditions.
Where two CemWrap panels meet, they are overlapped and mechanically fastened or sealed, creating a reinforced joint that prevents water ingress, lifting, or separation. The geogrid spans beneath, maintaining load transfer and full-surface bonding.
High-tension wire mesh holds loose rock and fractured surfaces in place, distributing stress across the slope face and increasing overall containment capacity.
CemWrap combines a cement-filled fabric (GCCM) with an integrated geogrid to deliver efficient, reinforced erosion control. The GCCM hardens with water to form a thin, durable, and weather-resistant concrete layer, while the geogrid stabilizes the soil beneath—improving load distribution and enhancing overall slope performance.
No parts of the CemRockWrap Basic is left without a proper termination, This includes the footing of the slope system that is anchored down and held by the concrete with gravity and placed well below the water flow level.
use cases
ConstruckSlope CemRockWrap Basic is designed for cost-effective, reliable rockfall protection and long-term slope stabilization. Its combination of tensioned wire mesh, geosynthetic reinforcement, and a cementitious layer makes it ideal for slopes at risk of erosion, rockfall, and surface degradation, providing durable, efficient protection.
Designed for slopes with unstable rock surfaces, this system contains loose material, preventing rockfall while stabilizing the surface and reducing erosion caused by rainfall.
Suitable for slopes facing heavy rain exposure, this system forms a durable barrier that prevents water infiltration and erosion, ensuring long-term stability of the slope.
Ideal for slopes with ongoing rockfall risks, CemRockWrap Basic stabilizes the surface, locking down fractured rock and providing a protective barrier against further degradation.
CemRockWrap Basic provides cost-effective slope protection with minimal material use, offering a sustainable, high-performance solution with minimal environement impact
