How The System Work
The ConstruckAnchor SoilNail system works through a combination of precise installation techniques and high-strength materials to reinforce weak or unstable soils.
A hollow steel tendon is advanced into the ground using rotary percussive drilling, with a cement-based grout simultaneously flushing out debris. This eliminates the need for casing, stabilizes the borehole immediately, and speeds up installation even in unstable soils.
As drilling progresses or upon reaching design depth, high-pressure cement grout is injected through the hollow tendon while rotating. This creates a dense grout body that bonds tightly to the surrounding soil, significantly improving load transfer and soil strength.
Once grouted, the tendon serves as a continuous reinforcement element. Coupled with plates or head assemblies if needed, the system efficiently distributes loads back into stable ground layers, ensuring long-term stability with minimal maintenance requirements.
