In 2012, Construck began as a trading concept within Anton Solutions, operating without a dedicated office as part of a collection of entrepreneurial ventures. Recognizing the potential for revenue generation without external investment, founder Anton Russel formally established Construck in 2014 as a specialized supplier of building materials to the construction industry.
To differentiate itself from other established and new building materials suppliers in the market, Construck focused on value-engineered and alternative building materials that offered superior price points and technical properties compared to conventional options. Anton personally traveled extensively across global markets to identify and secure these specialized procurement opportunities.
After a period of persistent marketing efforts to promote these innovative products, Construck began generating initial revenue from its trading operations, establishing the financial foundation that would support its future growth. In doing so, the company successfully challenged the conventional wisdom that entering the civil engineering business required substantial capital investment. Through strategic financial management, Construck acquired and supplied inventory to clients despite starting with minimal financial resources.

Formed under Anton Solutions in India, Construck began as a trading arm focused on high-value, engineered building material supply.

Established Construck Systems in Middle East, focusing on value-engineered building materials tailored for performance and cost-efficiency.

Expanded presence across the Middle East, taking on diverse slope protection projects and building strong local implementation capabilities.

Established product development center and headquarters in Czech Republic, creating hub for innovation and engineering.

Created Marmol Integrated as dedicated installation arm for MENA region, enhancing service delivery and implementation capabilities.

Developed specialized consultancy services through Marmol Integrated, working directly with clients to solve complex challenges.

Established formal R&D department ConstruckLabs and completed over $10 million in projects, demonstrating market validation.

Acquired Italian slope protection company TEICO Overseas, opening opportunities in European and international infrastructure markets outside MENA.

Further developed next-generation geo-hazard mitigation and slope stabilization products and initiated university partnerships to enhance research, validation, and real-world application testing.

Extended reach into North American market through TEICO Overseas, bringing innovative slope solutions to new heights.

Moved TEICO HQ to the U.S. and launched manufacturing for advanced, sustainable SPaaPs, setting a new standard in system delivery.
Our group comprises a diverse portfolio of companies, each excelling in its respective industry. With a shared commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, our companies work together to create a lasting impact.

Our leadership team brings extensive expertise and strategic vision to drive innovation and excellence. With a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions, they guide Construck towards sustainable growth and long-term success.
